Holly Forman-Patel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

She utilized her skills as a therapist and program director working with children in school environments and in community mental health settings while simultaneously growing her private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. She recently relocated to Dallas, Texas, where she continues her private practice via telehealth, supporting clients in dual geographies.

Holly specializes in working with children and teens, along with adults, primarily around trauma and anxiety. Holly has published two workbooks on anger management for children and teens.

In her work, Holly utilizes multiple modalities with a primary emphasis on EMDR Therapy. She was first trained in EMDR Therapy in 2012 and moved forward to certification and then to Approved Consultant. She is currently an EMDR Trainer with EMDR Professional Training. She has presented various advanced trainings in EMDR Therapy, and in 2021 she joined the EMDR International Association’s (EMDRIA) Board of Directors. Additionally, she provides the needed hours for EMDR certification and EMDR approved consulting for trained EMDR therapists.

Mary E Eason, PhD is a Licensed Psychologist.

She has been working with adults, teens and children for the last 30 years. She obtained her doctorate degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California and her Masters of Science degree from Cal State Fullerton. Dr. Eason worked as a Mental Health Consultant to the Social Services Agency, assisting social workers, caregivers, and families in managing the emotional and behavioral needs of children. In addition, Dr. Eason is an Approved Consultant in EMDR therapy and has a private practice office in Fullerton, California working with adults and teens suffering with serious and persistent mental illness, depression, anxiety, phobias, trauma and addiction. In addition, Dr. Eason is a Facilitator and Advanced Trainer for EMDR Professional Training located in Southern California.

Dr. Eason is the Orange County Coordinator for the EMDR Humanitarian Assistance Programs Trauma Recovery Network.  Dr. Eason is responsible for coordinating a group of EMDR therapists that  provide pro bono EMDR therapy to residents of Orange County who have experienced significant trauma related to community emergencies.

This 6 hour training will equip participants with essential skills to effectively utilize EMDR Therapy in treating a range of anxiety disorders, including Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Phobias, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety​, Separation Anxiety and Selective Mutism. A review of how to differentiate between different anxiety disorders and discover how to tailor EMDR Therapy interventions for optimal results with each​. Attendees will learn how to develop and adapt treatment plans from the initial intake through therapy progression, while addressing blocked reprocessing during sessions. Additionally, the course will explore strategies for navigating complex cases and applying the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model and EMDR Therapy’s three prongs to guide interventions​ when working with anxiety disorders.

This training includes and is approved for 6 EMDRIA Credits. It is also approved for 6 CE’s from CE-Classes.com ($30).
